To apply online, please click on the following link: http://rjhf.myreviewroom.com
From the drop-down menu, please click on the award category in which you would like to submit a nomination; then click on the 'Sign Up' button. If you would like to give access to the nominee to submit portions of the application, click on the 'Add Member' button on the bottom of your account page. Type their email address in the box that appears - then click 'Add Member'. An email will be sent to the candidate inviting them to submit the rest of their application. Please ensure that the settings allow 'Full Control'.
Please upload audio files in MP3, WMA or WAV format.
Please upload video files in WMV, QuickTime or AVI format.
